Policy for Refund of Event Registration Fee
Ordinarily, no refund will be admissible under any circumstances. Hence the delegates are requested to firm up their plans, keeping the same in view. Refund will be considered in the following cases –
- In case of refusal of VISA by the concerned country, the fees paid will be refundable, at the discretion of the WHF America, after deducting administrative charges incurred by WHF and applicable bank processing charges. In such a case the claimant has to file the refund claim at least 7 days before the date of the event/conference along with the VISA refusal document.
- In case WHF America declines the registration request, conveying of the reason of rejection is not binding. The fees paid will be refundable, after deducting administrative charges incurred by WHF and applicable bank processing charges.
However, in case any registered delegate is unable to come for genuine reasons, they can depute some one else to attend the conference as a replacement. Details of such person should be sent by the registered delegate to WHF USA office or via email to email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org, at least 3 days before the date of the event.
