Yoga in Daily Life – Harmony for Body, Mind, and Soul
Our organization, “Yoga in Daily Life”, is helping women to deal with depression and to take care of themselves and their families. It offers special classes for pregnant women and new mothers, and breast cancer survivors. Our main goals are physical health, mental health, social health, spiritual health and self-realization of the divine within us.
“Yoga in Daily Life” has thousands of centers around the world. It attempts to accomplish a variety of objectives, such as:
- Spreading of spiritual wealth and Hindu culture
- Caring for women health
- Teaching the Hindu way of life
- The critical role of women in family life (Nari hi ghar ko swarg bnati hai)
- Yoga and Hinduism are inseparable
- Yoga as a way to attain moksha
About the presenter…
Mrs. Kailash Purohit has studied religion, health, and wellness at the University of North Georgia. She has written several papers on Hinduism, the Bhagavad Gita, Yoga, and chakras, as well as a children’s book on Yoga. She is a certified yoga instructor and teaches yoga at several senior centers, mandirs, hospitals, community centers, and parks.
